| Ladies and Gentlemen, In any country, good land administration is one of the keys to economic growth and development. I therefore feel honoured to be accorded this opportunity to address this meeting, which will concentrate on good administration of land to find ways and solicit counties experiences in the administration of land that is more inclusive. This meeting serves as an encouragement to Namibiaas efforts of improving the quality of life in human settlements through affordable security of land tenure. |
