Customer service of the unified land registry system in Hungary in respect of European Union requirements

It's a fact today that the importance of land administration sector, especially cadastre and land registry systems, supporting the economy, has been increased during the last decade world wide. Investments in land and real estate properties, implementation of sustainable development are great challenges nowadays and in future as well.
The implementation of land related activities requires relaible and uptodate mapping and legal data of lands and real estates. The cadastre, land registry organisations maintaining, updating above data and they are also responsible to provide these data for external users. In developed countries the value of land and real estate properties together with the mortgage is 60070% of the national assets. According to statistics the investments in land, real estate and other land related activities generate about 30035% of the GDP. In respect of above, itts obvious that a well operational land administration, cadastre, land registry organisations in the developed countries are the basic infrastructures of the active land real estate market and in the same time the market economy, in developing countries the establishment of land administration is a precondition to develop the market economy.
