Living in the informaiton society means radical change for all. New media and informaiton and communication technologies are influencing our live more and more. At institutional level publlic administrations are subject to complete reorganisation following the new requirements of e-government such as availability and comfort. Citizens are getting increasingly used to e-technologies and the deployment of new media.
