E-Learning tools for Capacity Building in Land Governance. Experiences, Opportunities, Challenges

Knowledge transfer and capacity building are main challenges as well as important preconditions needed to improve good land practices in industrial and developing countries. A growing E-Learning industry, rising numbers of people using smart phones and the improvement in internet accessibility therefore are creating new opportunities. Opportunities, that have been recognized by many organizations, which brought new E-Learning tools for land matters and related disciplines into focus.
The objective of the Masterclassis to present newly developed and land related e-learning tools of TUM, GLTN and GIZ. The Masterclasswill draw attention to opportunities and challenges of e-learning and it will generate a common platform for expert exchange to discuss future development possibilities to implement e-learning for capacity building to improve land governance.
