Due to the transformation from the former centrally planned economy to market mechanism, the privatization of state owned and co-operative properties, the reanimation of the land market and the development of information technology, especially GIS/LIS, the land offices are facing large expectations. The new circumstances urge to find solutions and elaborate in a long-term concern and strategy.
