The assumption for an open market on land transactions and financing with fixed properties as security within the EU community is efficient access to informaiton about the properties. Eight countries (Sweden, finalnd, UK, Scotland, the Netherlands, Austria, Lithuania and Norway) and the University of Lund have established the EULIS project and Norsk Eiendomsinformasjon as (Norway Land Information) has got the responsibility for the development of the technical solution based on the infoLAND concept.
