The Cadastral Data Infrastructure (CDI) in Delta State of Nigeria is rudimentry. A good CDI is a veritable linkage for Modern Land Administration; Good Governance and Sustainability. Objectives of this paper are: 1. To examine the present state of CDI. 2. To show the necessity for a Modern CDI. 3. To identify the challenges and how to overcome them. 4. To showcase the strategy for building CDI. 5. To link up CDI with Modern Land Administration; Good Governance and Sustainabilty for Poverty Eradication.
