Worldwide there are many types of survey markers, survey markers are the largest quantity of survey equipment used. Currently there is NO world standard for survey markers. Survey Markers are used in achievement of boundary determination all over the world in surveying land such as boundary marking (cadastral surveys) with each country having its own standard and specification manual for boundary marker.
