Guidelines on land administration and real property identifiers

In this presentation I propose to discuss two things. Firstly I would like to bring you up to date on the issue of the UNECE/WPLA Guidelines on Land Administration and secondly, as a sub-set of that, I would like to discuss a new set of Guidelines that have been prepared also by WPLA on Real Property Identifiers. In so doing I will throw in a number of observations on what I see as the context in which EULIS will operate. I believe that you have been doing some great work and as we say back home, oak trees from acorns grow. The acorn has been planted but it will take time and some nurturing before it can become a full oak tree.
