More and more ActiveX-based GIS or Map Viewer control is applied on internet, not long ago, Developing a ActiveX control is a professional and difficulty job. recently, fine RAD (rapid application development) toolkit make it rapid and easy. The author introduced how to develop a ActiveX Control of WebGIS from C++ Builder in this paper. moreover, details on safe declaring in programmer code and WebGIS control testing on computer without web server and deployment are discussed.
