The legal regualtion of the questions of public registration of rights about real estate in the Russian Federation starts from the moment of appraisal of the first part of the Civil COde of the Russian Federation, i.e., from 1 January 1995. The establishment of the legal regualtions on real estate in the RF provided special stability of the right over this real estate, established the order of its disposal in a legislative way, made the Russian real estate market transparent, suppressed the elements of criminality and fraud in the sphere of real estate turnover.
