Land fragmentation refers to the existence of separate number of plots of same land owner at different places (Sun and Liu, 2010)
It is a constraint for agricultural mechanization, resulting poor economic growth (Sundqvist and Andersson, 2006)
Crop diversification and technological advancement is function of proper size of land
