Nelson Marongwe, Oumar Sylla

New insights on land governance strategies for conflict prevention and supporting peace agreements

The paper captures the experiences of land dispute mediation in Eastern DRC and the application of a ‘new model’ of governance to deal with land conflicts in the State of Jubbaland in Somalia.
