Land administration institutions in a developing environment of public sector management and organisation

Developments in public sector management and organisations are an ongoing process. Land administration institutions will face from time to time the political wish to change, or require the cooperation of politicians in restructuring their own organisation. It seems to be important for general managers of land administration institutions to recognise the trends in the evolution of the civil service, and to anticipate. How to anticipate, may be determined by a set of desiderata. To clarify these desiderata, is the nature of the general managers work. How that may be, the adage will be: keep moving, in search for excellence!
