Legal ground for the functioning of the system of registration of land and buildings : the cadastre in Poland : definitions of the subjects and objects

The basis for the Polish land information system is registration of land and buildings and registration of the technical infrastructure network of grounds. On the basis of such a system all other systems of branch information should be created, including systems within the group of land information. In this study the focus will lie on the essential component of the land information system, i.e. registration of land and buildings (the cadastre).
