National cadastre of Greece and land policy, their dialectic relationship
Rokos, Demetrius K.
With abstracts in English, German and French.
This study demonstrates the dialectical relationship between a National Cadastre and Land Policy in today's physical, economic and social conditions in Greece. These new conditions are mainly defined by the fact that for the first time the government has the political will to establish a National Cadastre as development infrastructure and it has also to cope with the problems that have been stored up by unorganized land policy of the previous governments. The study is also suggesting ways of facing the problem of the National Cadastre in relation with specific land policy measures.
