Welcome to the Polytechnic of Namibia, and welcome to this very important Decision Makers Meeting on Good Administration of Land. The ITC School for Land Administration Studies, which is the co-organiser and sponsor of this event, is part of the International Institute for Geo-information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), based in the Netherlands, with which we have had a long and fruitful partnership during the past decade.
