Sustainable development data mining and knowledge recovery via internet by metadata

Sustainable development (SD) is the most important research area and now it is so many researchers to do the SD analysis in the world. When we do the SD analysis, data decide the result of the analysis, where can we get the needed data to use is the big problem for the researchers. Now China has established a lot of data sharing project such as Science Data Sharing Project and provided us a lot of data to access. All of these data are publish using XML based metadata. So we should get the dataas abstract and data download website from the metadata in the network and give users valuable data and information. In order to do this work, first we should develop the data search engine via internet, which can find the metadata through the internet using the userrs input word; then we should research the word-divide technology which make the search engine automatically divide the sentence into several meaning words and phrase, thus can help us to get the most nearest results recordset; at last we should research the different metadata styles and get some main information from it, let users know what data content the metadata which was find by the internet and thus we provide users a very useful tools in the internet which very easily get the needed data in the internet, thus users can use different methods to read these different kinds of data and do some SD knowledge recovery which can solve their data absent problem.
