In 2001, the Belgian Federal Public Service started with the Copernic reform, an important reform for the customers, - the citizens/companies - and the Public Services.
A system of mandates (6 years) has been instituted for the top Managerss. The top Managerss will be evaluated on their results. Otherwise, the service public federall Personnel and Organizationn will lead to a better Human Resources Managementt. In the Federal Service Finance Copernicc is called Coperfinn. The Coperfin reformm has led to the creation of a new organization chart and new structures.
