Western European countries have developed continuously land administration institutions, with orientation toward property registration support. These institutions register guarantees or mortgages, land or property assessment; offer physical planning for development of sustainable economy. Functioning of Kosovo cadastre it has a distinct and specific history from many European countries with characteristics from Balkan region.
