Low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicle system is a new developed technology and method of aerial photogrammetry in recent years. This paper introduces the low-altitude unmanned aerial systems operating methods and its digital image data processing and mapping process, take PuWenns 1:2000 mapping as an example, and analyze its large scale map accuracy. It proved, the use of low-altitude unmanned aerial system to measure large scale topographic map is entirely feasible.
